  • 2 cans (4.5 oz. each) StarKist EVOO® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 6 ciabatta rolls
  • 6 pieces green leaf lettuce
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced thinly
  • 3 small tomatoes, sliced thinly
  • 20 kalamata olives, sliced in half
  • 2 Tbsp. pesto
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil


  • Slice rolls in half. Place 1 lettuce leaf on each roll.
  • Top lettuce with egg slices, tomatoes and chunked tuna.
  • Top with olives and drizzle pesto over top.
