  • ¾ cup cooked quinoa
  • ¼ cup diced pineapple
  • ¼ cup sliced red pepper
  • 1/3 cup sliced avocado
  • ¼ cup microgreens


  • Place quinoa in a small bowl.
  • Arrange Salmon Creations®, pineapple, red pepper and avocado on top of the quinoa.
  • Top with microgreens.
