- 4 cups mixed baby greens
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 12 Kalamata olives
- 1⁄2 cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 8 marinated artichoke quarters
- Chopped parsley
- Place 2 cups salad greens on plates.
- Add 1⁄2 red pepper, 6 Kalamata olives, 1⁄4 cup cannellini beans and 4 artichoke quarters on top of salad.
- Top with half can of tuna and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
