  • 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist® Low Sodium Albacore White Tuna in Water
  • 2 cups arugula and red baby lettuce
  • 2 small cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 thinly sliced radish
  • ¼ cup peas
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic dressing


  • Arrange the arugula, lettuce, mushrooms, radish and peas decoratively on a plate.
  • Top with the tuna, walnuts and dressing.
  • Serve with whole grain crackers or croutons on the side.
