- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist® Premium White Chicken
- 2 small (6-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- ¼ cup diced tomatoes
- ½ red pepper, sliced
- ½ yellow pepper, sliced
- ½ avocado, sliced thinly
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into quarters
- Place tortillas on plate and top each with ½ cup lettuce.
- Add tomatoes, red and yellow pepper slices, and top each with ½ pouch of chicken.
- Add avocado and sprinkle with cilantro. Squeeze lime juice over top.
- Optional: Sprinkle with a little cumin and chili powder for a little kick.
